We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The house was beautiful and clean. Nate was very proactive in sending information ahead of time and responded quickly to any messages sent. The house was set up and ready to go with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again! The house is spacious, there were ample kitchen items to use, house decor was nicely designed, the surrounding neighborhood was walkable, and the communications with the host exceeded expectations. All our guests were pleased with their stay as well.

Nate’s place was great, very clean and tidy. It smelt clean when you walked in, was perfect for our party of 6 people. We mainly just slept at the house as we spent most of our time exploring the area was about 20 mins from Fort Worth stockyards.

Just as advertised, I rented this airbnb for me and my groomsmen before my wedding and we all enjoyed our stay here! If I’m ever in Denton again, I will be staying here again.

We rented this home for a family birthday celebration. The layout of the bedrooms and the Master Suite we perfect. The pool and hot tub were very nice and used daily. Location was perfect between Ft Worth and Dallas. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host answered any questions we had almost immediately at any time day or night. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Certainly would love to come back.

Absolutely amazing and lovely place! So many great restaurants nearby and very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. I came by with some friends who stayed for the Cotton Bowl Red River Rivalry and had a blast.

Nate’s house was perfect for our group of 5. The house was very clean and uncluttered. The beds are comfortable, the showers are great and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Nate was a perfect host and we felt very welcomed, he responded to messages in a flash and made sure we were happy with our stay.
We would definitely rent this property again.
