Nate's place was the perfect staycation spot for a little family gathering. We could not believe our luck when it was available for the one night our family wanted to get together. The garage and driveway fit our 4 cars and the house was gorgeous, warm and welcoming at the same time. All adults and kids were perfectly entertained by the pool, hot tub, pool table, and other games around the house. Everything was as described and better. The open kitchen and gorgeous living area had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy a movie night. Will absolutely come back for any friends/family reunion in the DFW area!

The home was very clean and well kept. It was roomy enough for the 8 of us without feeling crowded. Nate sent emails throughout our stay to make sure all was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Nate was a great host! We had some questions when we arrived and he was quick to respond and help. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Really comfortable place for myself and my friends celebrating my bachelorette weekend. Quick drive to the Denton square.

Nate’s place was very comfortable for our family. We all appreciated the black out curtains in the bedrooms and comfortable beds - great sleep all around and perfect for what we needed.

Was very nice an everything was squeaky clean. Very nice beds and very cold ac. Loved everything about the house and the very responsive messages with the host. Would recommend anyone to book with them.

Such a beautiful home, so immaculate! I can tell that every detail that went into decorating this home was very well thought out. So much space for everyone. Our large party included 7 kids. All 7 had a BLAST! With so much to do in the home. Not 1 said they were bored our whole stay. The boys brought their gaming systems for game nights. The WiFi was able to keep up with everyone’s devices with no complaints. We really enjoyed the pool, pool table, games, and ending our nights in the hot tub, & being able to stream a movie/show after. I will be recommending Nate’s listing to my family & friends whenever they come to visit the DFW area. Don’t hesitate to book. You will not regret it.

Very nice especially for accommodating 10 guest. A lot of room even with that many guest in the house and doesn't feel too cramped. A lot of accommodation like towels and extra pillows. Lovely area that is peaceful and quiet.

It was a very nice area we felt safe with kids. Super quick trip to the ball park and everything we went to do! Pool was nice and warm we had a great time !

The host was very responsive and helped us through a few little hiccups. The microwave had a little issue, and they replaced it very quickly. He made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.
The house had plenty of space for us, and the beds were comfortable. We loved playing in the pool. The video game was a fun touch for the kids. All in all a great place to stay.

This was a beautiful home, everything was clean and the house was very spacious. Nate was a great Host, responded to my messages quickly and was attentive to anything we needed. Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy the full stay do to medical emergency but I would recommend this home for your stay.
